1. VISITOR RULES

PATIENT VISITING RULES


As Yunus Emre State Hospital, we are working to provide the best health service to our patients and you. To contribute to this environment, please follow the rules below;

1) Patient visits are limited to 2 people at a time in terms of maintaining the order of the hospital, the health and well-being of our patients.

2) For the health of your patient, it is important to visit with clean clothes.

3) Please do not make noise and speak loudly during the visit, avoid any depressing words and behaviors.

4) Do not sit in patient beds or use patient belongings.

5) Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to visit because they will be objectionable for children's health.

6) It is forbidden to bring food and drink to the patient from outside.

7) Smoking in the hospital is prohibited.

8) It is forbidden to bring books, magazines, newspapers, hygienic care products (cologne, paper napkins, paper towels, tissue paper), flowers and harmless toys to children.

9) Patient rooms should be left at the end of the visit hours without any warning.


INTENSIVE CARE PATIENT VISIT RULES

1) During the intensive care visit, only one person is allowed to visit the patient at the same time in order not to interfere with the operation and risk of infection. The duration of the visit should not exceed 10 minutes.

2) When entering the intensive care unit, the apron, cap, mask and shoe covers given by the personnel should be worn. The hands should be disinfected with the indicated antibacterial hand disinfectant.

3) When entering the intensive care unit, the health personnel should be accompanied with the care of other patients in an uneasy and uncomfortable manner. The patient bed, patient equipment and devices connected to the patient must not be touched.

4) The first-degree relative (or legal representative) of the patient is informed during the visit and / or in the information area by the relevant health personnel about the patient's condition.

5) At the exit from the intensive care unit, the clothes given should be removed and left at the place shown. When leaving the intensive care unit, hands should be disinfected with antibacterial disinfectant. The rules specified by the ICU personnel must be followed.


2. COMPACTOR RULES

1) The physician of the patient decides whether or not a companion will stay with the patient and the number of companions is limited to one person.

2) Keep the escort card with you visibly as long as you are accompanied.

3) Replace the companion during the visit hours if possible with the knowledge of the service nurse. Do not leave your hospital without informing the service nurse.

4) Inform each other about your patient when changing the companion.

5) Keep patients' beds, whatnot, cabinets clean and tidy at all times.

6) Clothing etc. Do not hang items on bedside and IV hangers.

7) Do not bring food and drink from outside, do not give any food or drink to the patient without consulting the physician or nurse.

8) Show your accompanying document to the cafeteria staff during meal times.

9) Do not leave the food trays on the floor and in front of the door, throw the garbage in the trash cans shown to you in accordance with the warnings of the employees. It is inconvenient to use the Atık Medical Waste Bin Kov found in clinics.

10) Make sure to use bathrooms and toilets as clean as possible.

11) Take care of the body cleaning of your patients.

12) Do not speak loudly in the hallway and patient rooms. Use the televisions in the rooms in a way that will not disturb other patients and turn them off at the physician visit hours.

13) Do not sit or lie on patient beds. Do not enter other patient rooms.

14) In order to avoid disturbing other patients, you and your patient do not leave the patient room unless necessary after 22:00 at night and do not walk in the corridors.

15) Do not carry out any application for the patient, do not take your patient out of the hospital and change the bed without the knowledge of the doctor and nurse directive.

16) Your patient toilet, sink, etc. may fall dizzy when going. Therefore, if possible, accompany your patient by entering his arm.

17) Empty the patient's room while your doctor is performing a patient examination and cleaning the patient's room.

18) To reduce the risk of infection, make sure that your patient's visitors are as small as possible and that they stay for a short time.

19) Keep in mind that the hospital is a common property of all of us.

20) Accompanying persons must comply with the hospital rules (if not complied with, the escort status will be canceled).
